Since founding TBA, she has relocated over 150,000 staff and coordinated millions of square feet of assets. Jill has developed and managed successful major move projects locally and across Canada.
Janine is a technical expert with more than 30 years’ experience managing Facilities and Real Estate Teams for large corporate organizations. She has a proven ability to create and manage large teams, execute complex real estate and construction projects, with expertise in real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio advisory and change management.
Janine has been the client lead on several large builds and transformational work space projects in Canada, the United States and Europe. She has extensive experience in corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, Project Management and Design to support clients through project programs to identify the best solutions.

Farzad is a seasoned management professional with over 20 years of management consulting and project management in technology, banking, and professional services industries, and has collaborated on critical moves across Canada with TBA.
As part of his expertise Farzad has advised and helped many clients in development of workplace strategy, leasing, design/planning, build and move projects of various sizes across Canada and with client's satellite offices in New York and London. He possesses a keen understanding of workplace strategy and with the impact of the recent mandated workplace closure, Farzad has been helping multiple clients with their return to work (hybrid work) plans and processes.
